Marcus brings over 25 years of expertise in capital markets and social impact. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of ESG, Impact and Digital Innovation for Global Capital Markets at U.S. Bank, where he launched innovative solutions such as Racial Equity Bonds, Digital CDFI Bonds, and Supplier Diversity funding strategies. He founded Global Oak Capital Markets, the first and only Minority Broker Dealer in South Carolina, and held senior leadership roles at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch.

He holds a degree in economics from the University of Virginia and multiple SEC/FINRA certifications.

Mike leads Product and Engineering at Homium. Previously he held similar roles for early stage FinTech startups including Peridot, a Blackstone-backed supply chain lending venture.

Prior to that, Mike served in multiple roles at Bloomberg including co-head and CTO of Bloomberg Indices. Mike is a CFA Charterholder, and holds an MBA from Wharton.

Dave has served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Innovent Capital Group for more than fifteen years, where he cofounded Homium and has served as head of ops and finance for more than a dozen startups in real estate, fintech, consumer services, social media, and digital assets. As a founding organizer for California Public Banking Alliance and Public Bank Los Angeles, David actively shapes municipal banking legislation and consults for institutions, municipalities, and community organizations on programs which solve for financial equality and positive social and environmental impact. Dave holds a B.A. in Theatre Studies from Emerson College.

Brett is a distinguished serial entrepreneur who has founded over 40 businesses over 35 years, focusing on leveraging disruptive technology in DeFi, real estate, consumer finance, and enterprise software.

His ventures have achieved success multiple times, including Hautelook.com and Lowermybills.com, for which he received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award twice. Brett’s most recent exit involved the successful sale of Sole Society to the Camuto Group, where he served as founder and chairman. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Incentify, a leading SaaS provider revolutionizing the tax incentive industry.

Brett holds a B.S. from Babson College with a concentration in entrepreneurial studies and finance.

Tommy spent most of his 33+ year career at Credit Suisse, most recently serving as Vice Chairman in Investment Banking & Capital Markets and CIO of the Pension Investment Committee, and as Global Head of Debt Capital Markets and held senior roles across fixed income and investment banking at Credit Suisse.

Prior to Credit Suisse, Tommy worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York and Tokyo.

Pete has been an executive in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years, with an extensive background in capital markets, credit, and operations, as well as processing, underwriting, closing, funding, post-closing, loan delivery and securitization.

Most recently, as Chief Credit Officer for CMG Financial, and before that New Penn (now NewRez), Peter was responsible for all credit and operations functions of multiple nationwide mortgage banking operations in retail, wholesale and correspondent lending.

Larry holds 30+ years of experience in law, with an extensive background in global markets, securities, as well as clearance collateral management. He most recently was Managing Director and General Counsel for Global Markets and CCM at BNY Mellon.

Prior to that, Lawrence spent 19 years at Credit Suisse as General Counsel in the Americas for Global Markets. Lawrence holds a JD law degree from Yale Law School.

Vincent Wang is a Product Manager at Homium, focused on product operations and implementation.

Prior to joining Homium, Vincent worked at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division's financing group. He began his career in the prime brokerage in the sales and trading division.

Vincent graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Financial Economics.

James Lee Sorenson (Jim) is a renowned entrepreneur, business leader, social investor and philanthropist, serving as Chairman of the Sorenson Impact Foundation and Sorenson Media. He has built pioneering companies across technology, life sciences, real estate, and private equity, including Sorenson Media, which helped usher in teh online video revolution, and Sorenson Communications, which transformed opportunities for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Jim also endowed the Sorenson Impact Center at the University of Utah and serves as chairman of the Sorenson Impact Foundation. He is a leading advocate for scalable impact investing initiatives worldwide.

Antony Bugg-Levine is Managing Director at Bugg-Levine, Inc, formerly the CEO of the Nonprofit Finance Fund, and President of the Lafayette Square Institute, where he oversaw $340 million in impact investments and a national consulting practice. Previously, he was a Managing Director at the Rockefeller Foundation, where he co-founded the Global Impact Investing Network and helped coin the term “impact investing.” Antony has also held leadership roles at McKinsey, TechnoServe, and the African National Congress, and is co-author of Impact Investing: Transforming How We Make Money While Making a Difference.

Preston Baldwin is President and CEO of Centerpoint360. He has over 30 years of expertise in public affairs and government relations, and is a leader in strategic communications, crisis management, and issue advocacy, advising organizations on aligning with policymakers and stakeholders. Preston also serves as trustee and advisor to several nonprofit and academic boards, including the Program for Emerging Political Leaders at UVA’s Darden School.

Chrissi Johnson is the founder and CEO of Alinement Advisors, a New York-based advisory firm at the intersection of commerce and social change. With 15 years of experience spanning government, finance, and policy, she has held leadership roles at Rocket Companies, the CFPB, and on Capitol Hill. Chrissi is a recognized leader in building coalitions to advance housing policy and durable social impact.

Martin Whittaker is CEO of JUST Capital, a nonprofit founded by Paul Tudor Jones II to catalyze corporate leadership on societal challenges. With 30 years of experience at the intersection of business, investing, and impact, he is also co-founder of the CREO family office syndicate and a Commissioner with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Martin has been recognized among Business Insider’s “100 People Transforming Business” and NACD’s “Directorship 100.”

Paul Tregidgo is former Vice Chairman of Debt Capital Markets at Credit Suisse and currently chairs the Advisory Council at CFI. Over three decades, he led global and emerging markets DCM franchises and co-founded the bank’s Impact Investing Advisory Council. Paul has received GlobalCapital’s Lifetime Achievement Award and serves on the boards of Accion, Yale School of Management, and Blue Haven Initiative.

He brings nearly three decades of leadership in global capital markets, including senior roles at Citi and ArrowMark Partners. Ish is recognized for his deep client relationships and experience leading large sales and trading organizations across fixed income and credit.

Emmanuel Aidoo is Head of Digital Asset Markets at Perella Weinberg and is a leading expert in blockchain and digital finance. During 24 years at Credit Suisse, he led multiple global technology divisions before founding and leading the bank’s digital asset initiatives. Emmanuel is a sought-after industry voice, serving on the WEF Digital Asset Council, SIFMA’s Blockchain Round Table, and the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance, and has been recognized on Forbes’ Blockchain 50 list.

With 30 years of industry experience, he has led structured compensation, capital origination, and risk reduction transactions for major institutions.
